CRAPPYPASTA

For those pastas that are smelling less than fresh…

Bet you wish you had Prime

I don’t play Halo 4 anymore, not after what happened.
I was playing the Infinity Challenge CTF one night and recieved a notification that I had won a contest.  I asumed the contest was the Infinity Challenge.  The notification did not say what contest I won. I thought it was going to ask me my address so they can send me the UNSC Ford SVT Raptor.  However, they said I won first place in the contest that did not seem to involve the Infinity Challenge at all.  I was to receive the rank of “SR-666″ and “Hellfire” armor.
Now, I knew for a fact NEITHER of these things existed, but I thought that was because I had won a contest.  So, OF COURSE, I would not have heard about it. I was very disappointed with the prize, because I paid $40 more than the actual price of the game JUST to get the Prime armor and Prime Assault Rifle.  But since I had 100% exclusive armor I decided to wear that, so I left the game to equip it.
The Hellfire armor was not Spartan  armor at all.  It was just Marine armor with instead of a marine, a skeleton was wearing it, and his head was on fire. Now this is not unusual with Halo games since heads being on fire is fairly common, so I was not creeped out by this.  But what WAS unusual was the fact that by equiping one piece of armor, ALL of it gets equiped.  Each piece has the same description (which is not unusual).  ”When Spartans go missing in action, it’s my job to kill them.” I was happy I could still equip my Prime Assault Rifle. I then started matchmaking and searched for a Slayer game, but that was when things started to get genuinely creepy.
I heard a stange voice say “Slayer? The mode were the objective is just kill people? That’s my favorite mode!” I was both creeped out and happy about this since, who would NOT want talking armor? Or at least I THINK it was the armor talking, when I got into the lobby a few people with mics said “Hey everyone, cheak out *********’s (Do you really expect me to tell you my profile?) awesome armor! Where did you get it?” I would then put on my mic and say “I won it in a contest.” They would then ask “The Infinity Challenge?” I would then answer “I guess” after that a few people left.  I think they left because they wanted to go get their own Hellfire armor.
When the match started I noticed a few things: The HUD color was red not blue, the motion sensor was shaped like a human heart, the energy shield meter looked like a vain of blood, my character’s hands were skeletal and not gloved.  My energy shield static that appears when you’re shot was red, and the white stripes on my Prime Assault Rifle were  red. All of these things just increased the amount of how glad I was for what ever it was I did to get the armor.  After taking a minute to take in all these cool features, I ran to the near center of the map.  Then I turned on Promethean Vision. I saw two enemys, so I charged in and killed them.  They did not make the normal “ugh” death sound, they screamed.  The kind of scream you can’t get from acting; they were truly dying. I could hear the same voice I heard earlier.  He was laughing, the creepyness arose.
Someone eventually shot me enough to take down my energy shield.  When I was supposed to die the armor just yelled in rage. I lost control in the game and the armor took over my character pulled out the secundary weapon, the U.N.S.C. pistol and shot my attacker.  It’s strange enough, I had no control and the shot killed the attacker instantly.  His head literally exploded, bits of brain matter and metal went everywere.  It was actually the 60th kill of the match – ending it.
I then left the lobby and tuned off my Xbox360.  I contacted Microsoft, Bungie, and 343 and asked them to explain to me why all this happened.  An hour later they sent me an email saying they have no idea what I am talking about.  There is no Hellfire armor or SR-666. I decided that I’d solve this mystery in the morning and went to bed. I had a horrible nightmare about my character in Hellfire armor murdering people in the real world and it was one of the most realistic dreams I have ever had.
When I woke up I got onto the Xbox360 but it did not send me to the Xbox Dashboard.  It sent me to Halo 4 immediately.  The weird thing was, the world was COMPLETELY black with nothing  except my character (dressed in Prime armor), some friendly Spartans (in Prime armor), and the Hellfire Marine. The Spartans then started shooting the Hellfire Marine.  I decided this was stupid and tried to quit the game.  Instead of letting me do that, a Spartan yelled “Stop trying to quit and shoot!” A Prime Assault Rifle suddenly appeared in my character’s hands, so I shot at the Hellfire Marine who soon died.  Once that happend I grabed my Xbox360 and copy of Halo 4.  I drove to the nearest river (asuming both them and my dreams were being haunted by the Hellfire Marine) and threw them into the river.

  1. Halo? Are you kidding me? You’ve taken a terrible, overrated game and turned it into a terrible, overrated genre of Creepypasta.

  2. bungie don’t have anything to do with halo 4.
also this story isn’t remotely scary, and this just seems to be your way of telling everyone about your new Armour idea.
