We all know Nyan Cat,right? You know,The poptart cat flying through space video with annoying yet catchy music in the background? Well,it is thought to be known which is often thought as the truth,isn’t actually the truth. Contrary to popular belief,Nyan cat wasn’t made in 2011,but in 1991. He started of as a image spammed around emails. Doesn’t sound so bad,right? Well, the nyan cat you all love and know isn’t in fact the real nyan cat. The so-called “real” nyan cat,isn’t what it seems. The real name of the cat is not Nyan Cat or Pop tart Cat ,but Sugar Sprinkles. Sugar Sprinkles started of as a picture spammed around 4chan,first posted in 2007 by an unknown user. The image depicted a cat guts getting ripped out by 2 three headed dogs,while eating his other organs.  It was spammed around until 2010,when the whole thing died down,and was forgotten ever since. Just until April 2011,an unknown user wanted more views. So he found the image,looking at the very old posts on 4Chan. But he wanted to use something cute. So he stole the image,edited it and turned it into a 8 it 12-frame GIF of a Poptart Cat flying through space and posted it to his blog. Infact “saraj00n” was actually his backup account,contrary to poplar belief.
Several months later,he had many complaints that the title and thumbnail of the video was “misleading”. This was so strange as he didn’t use the original image,Sugar Sprinkles. So he assumed that trolls were attacking the video and causing drama,so he disabled the comments on the video. One day,he decided to watch the video,to see if the claims were really true! So he watched to video,watched until 2:13 when suddenly 9 popups popped up. It was  the Sugar Sprinkles image! More tabs popped up. he tried using,task manager but not even that worked! All it did was make his computer freeze. Soon more popups popped up,this time they popped up with sound. It was the nyan cat song,but more disorted,like the sound  was recorded with rusty and old recording software. Soon morepops popped up until the whole screen turned black and two words popped up on the screen. The words were “F-f-f-ear…M-mee”
